Registration and paper

Each accepted paper or extended abstract must be covered by the registration of one of the paper’s or abstract’s co-authors. The corresponding registration fee must be paid within the deadline of the final upload of the accepted paper/abstract. Accepted papers/abstracts which are not associated to a registration of one of the co-authors will neither be included in the conference program nor in the proceedings.

Each full registration allows to upload 2 final papers maximum. Each student registration allows to upload up to 1 final paper. The registrant must be an author of all the papers associated to their registration.

Paper uploads in addition to those included with each registration are possible at an extra cost of 200 USD per paper. Each extra upload has to fulfill all requirements of a regular upload.

The final paper length is limited to 6 pages. A maximum of up to 2 extra pages (for a maximum length of 8 pages per paper) is allowed. Extra pages require the payment of over-length page fees at a cost of 200 USD for each extra page. Important: To pay for extra pages you first need to go to your paper submission page, complete the final submission information including number of pages in your manuscript, then return to registration – the excess page charge will appear automatically in your cart.
